Our PURPOSE

There are times in history when a revolutionary opportunity comes along to change everything. In this case we are referring to Dr. Martin Luther King’s vision of economic justice for poor Americans of all backgrounds. Caelus Group LLC is working to help drive this vision by implementing a unique   

Social FinTech Digital Operating Platform which will utilize existing Tax Credits to Fund and  Manage Economic Equity Initiatives for Minority and Disadvantaged US Communities in the areas of:

· Anti-Poverty Initiatives

· Job Training

·  Remote Learning

·  Economic Development initiatives

Tax credits have been used historically to level the economic playing field. For example, Tax Credits were used to rebuild New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina by focusing on underserved areas of the city.

Caelus is working to implement this Platform by strategically integrating Intellectual Property with existing Tax Credits. In terms of Traction, Caelus has the IP and has identified an initial Pool of existing Tax Credits.

It is our belief that the Platform will provide a vehicle to make our Nation a more Prosperous and Equitable Place to Live and Work through focused long term economic engagement of disadvantaged US Communities.

We are not the only ones saying this. According to Whitehouse Policy Advisor Susan Rice, “The U.S. economy has lost $16 trillion over the last 20 years because of discrimination --- citing Citigroup 2020 figures.” 

We are seeking alliances  to achieve Dr. King’s Dream of Economic Justice for Poor Americans of Diverse Backgrounds to make our Nation a more Prosperous and Equitable Place to Live and Work.
